Biography
Juliana has taught French and Spanish in Colombia, France, and most recently for the past five years at Deerfield Academy, where she lives with her family. A native Spanish speaker from Colombia, Juliana has a BA in Comparative Literature from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, an MA in English from Sorbonne University in France, and an MA in Children’s and Youth Literature from Universite du Mans in France. Juliana enjoys writing, reading, and cooking. She also loves spending time with her husband, her eight year-old daughter Olivia, and their dog, Gracie.
