Blue Key: Natalia ‘23
Natalia is an international student from Honduras, and she has been both a day student and a 7-day boarding student at SBS! Natalia joined SBS in Grade 7.
As an international student, Natalia is fully invested in our on-campus community. With twelve countries (and twelve US states represented), Natalia joins a dynamic student body from across the country and around the world.
Where is your favorite sport?
Tennis— our coach and the entire team are motivated and we always have a fun season!
What's your favorite meal served in the Dining Hall?
Fettuccine Alfredo!
What's your favorite SBS tradition?
Vespers, a tradition where the senior class share their last memories before graduation and place their candles in the fountain while the rest of the student body is gathered around them.
What's your favorite class?
Definitely International Baccalaureate (IB) French. My teacher always makes the class fun!
What sports/clubs/activities are you involved in?
I am involved in the Community Service club, I am a member of the Blue Key Ambassadors, a member of the Students of Color affinity group (SOC), and also the Student Alumnae Association (SAA).
What's a risk you've taken while at SBS?
I joined SBS’s Debate & Public Speaking Society and competed in a couple of tournaments.
What's your secret talent
Not many people know I can play the piano!
