Head of School Laurie Lambert began her tenure at SBS in 2023 and brings over 30 years of experience as a teacher, administrator, and educational leader to her work at Stoneleigh-Burnham. Her career has included a broad range of academic, admissions, and administrative leadership roles at several outstanding independent schools, including The Winchendon School, Taft School, Blair Academy, and Montclair Kimberley Academy. 

The Stoneleigh-Burnham School Board of Trustees is a dedicated group of alumnae, current and past parents, and friends of the School. The Board takes seriously its role as the governing body of Stoneleigh-Burnham. Nurturing the mission is the Board’s most hallowed trust, and they must guarantee that all decisions consistently align with this work. The Board of Trustees meets quarterly, has multiple active committees, and is informed by the Alumnae Board, Leadership Council, the Head of School, and a dedicated team of school administrators.
