Susan Mattei has three decades of professional experience in the field of educational advancement: fundraising, communications, and alumni relations. She first joined SBS in 2015 and served for 8 years. She rejoined SBS in 2024 after a year as Director of Development for ASSIST, Inc., an international scholarship program of which SBS is a founding member school. During her professional career, Susan has held advancement leadership positions at Bay Path University, Northfield Mount Hermon School, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She earned MS and MBA degrees from UMass Amherst and holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. As Senior Director of Advancement, Susan is applying her experience and skills to build resources that can fund the School’s strategic initiatives.
