COVID & Flu Vaccine Clinic open to all students, employees, and family members of students and employees.
In addition to providing this season's flu vaccine, the clinic, operated by Cataldo Ambulance, will provide COVID vaccines from manufacturers Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson.
To register for the clinic, please use this link. A parental consent form is contained within the link, so families/parents of minors should complete the sign-up.
We strongly encourage everyone in our community to take advantage of this opportunity to keep us all safe and healthy.
