Ravi took over a sixth grade Math & Science class in the middle of his senior year in college and has been teaching in middle and high schools ever since. He has taught in Maryland public schools, and at private schools in Texas and in New York City. Ravi’s main goal in teaching math is to create lifelong math learners by showing students that they have the same access to mathematical truth as anyone else. Ravi has a BA in Mathematics Education from Goucher College and has been teaching math for over 20 years. He will live on campus and be a Houseparent.
