Carrie Holmes has a passion for cooking and baking that began when she worked with her Aunt Linda and Uncle John Carey at their diner, the Shady Glen Restaurant in Turners Falls, MA. It is her love for cooking that brought her to Stoneleigh-Burnham School in 2013 as the weekday chef. In early 2018, Carrie became Co-Director of the Dining Department. She enjoys discovering new items to add to the menu and appreciates when others share suggestions. Carrie’s favorite part of her job is baking and creating surprise desserts. With her presentations and displays she adds a special touch to every event. Carrie and her family live in Greenfield, MA.
