At Housemeeting on May 21, SBS students who are members of the National Honor Society were recognized by Academic Dean Lauren Cunniffe.

The National Honor Society is a nationwide organization for high school students that selects its members on the basis of four criteria or “pillars” of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Lauren noted that the SBS students on the National Honor Society “all demonstrate these qualities in abundance.”

The SBS students elected to the National Honor Society last year and continuing this year are Ashorkor Ashittey, Jax Morgan, and Edith Wang. Newly elected members of the National Honor Society are Erin LeBlanc, Syd Wallace, and Olivia Young.
