Stoneleigh-Burnham’s Destination Imagination team of seventh graders Julia Shulman, Amalia Rubinstein, Victoria Malcolm, and Elizabeth Musselman has qualified for the Global Finals.

The students took third place in the state tournament on Saturday, April 1 at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. This qualified them for the finals, which will be held in Knoxville, TN in May.

Destination Imagination is a non-profit that encourages groups of students to work together to learn about the creative process. They choose a topic of interest based on science, technology, engineering, fine arts, and improvisation, and then work together to develop a skit that fits all the criteria.
